Gîte Le Vergis Large family home on the outskirts of Brive

Located in the village of Vergis, large family house that can accommodate 15 people on the outskirts of Brive.

An interior courtyard allows parking for 5 to 6 vehicles. A large terrace with barbecue overlooks the wooded park with children's cabin.

On the ground floor: kitchen, living/dining room, shower area and WC. Upstairs 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, with 1 single bed for one of them. 2 of the bedrooms open onto a large covered balcony, with garden furniture, bathroom and separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor, 2 large bedrooms with double bed, one of which has 2 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet.

The construction of rejected slate stones from the Travassac quarries, which must be discovered at all costs in the Pans de Travassac site, will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 1931.

The enclosure included an old farm , a carpentry which operated one of the first mechanical sawmills in the region. The "Le Maumont" stream crosses the village where a medieval mill once sang. The 70s left only vestiges of the mill and the recently restored miller's house, all located on the two valleys hiking trail. The proximity of the emblematic sites of Corréziens Lotois or the Dordogne places it in an interesting geographical location.
